Kefalotyri cheese is one of the traditional types of cheese made from goat's and sheep's milk. It has a spicy taste with a pleasant aroma. It is eaten plain but it is pleasantly accompanied by wine or ouzo. There are also many cooking recipes with kefalotyri cheese.
